52: Jade

Yay! Finally a post that's not a week late!! (Don't get used to it!)  Jade... green.  Not one of my favorite colors.  But!  The amazing thing I've discovered about this project.. is that even though you Think you don't like the color, you usually change your mind.  I mean, we've had some pretty off the wall colors to work with, and oranges, yellows, browns and greens do not rank high on my list as favs.  But each and every time, the look I've come up with has been one that I would wear again.. mostly.  Such is the case with this weeks color.  I love this skirt and top from MALT, its so cute and flirty and breezy and.. summery.  Anywhooo.. pictures!

You'd think denim would be easy, right?  Wrong!  Its almost impossible, I found, to match shades of denim from different pieces... so I gave up.  And became a lil farmgirl instead!

52: Ruby

Ruby!  Yay!!  Anyone that knows me, knows red is my most favoritest color in the world!  LadyCatherine Fairey of Butterfly Effects is no exception, so when she passed me this gorgeous dress, I knew exactly what my ruby post would be!  It didn't hurt that its all poofy and makes a girl feel like a princess... Enjoy!!

52: Neon Carrot

What?  Neon Carrot?  Seriously??  That's the first thing I thought when I saw this color selection.. But..I think I pulled it off pretty ok! LOL

Well, for some reason, Blogger won't let me add photos the way I've been doing it for over a year.  I've tried for a few days, thinking it was a server issue, to no avail.  Finally got it from an album on Picasa.. ugh.
